In 2016, I launched my first business from my kitchen counter, working around my kids’ schedules and figuring it out as I went. My healthcare 9-to-5 career wasn’t for me, but neither was staying home full time. So I bet on myself.
Since then, I’ve launched multiple businesses. Without solid systems and organization, everything always feels like chaos. And where’s the business book that answers all my questions? Unfortunately, it doesn’t exist.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours talking with fellow entrepreneurs, and the struggles are always the same — how to actually pay yourself, feeling busy but getting nowhere, and the burnout that comes with trying to do it all.
Those conversations are exactly why I started The Organized Founder. No business degree needed, no corporate fluff — just real strategies to help you build a business that works for you.
